Mother/son, Father/daughter dance combined~

So, we're gonna combine those two dances because frankly, neither of us can dance that well and don't want the spotlight on just us and our parents of whom we've never really danced with.. *LoL* Plus, I just like the idea of us combining it as one dance a lot more right now. I know some of you have mentioned doing this- what songs would be appropriate?

Edit: We're considering "Because You Loved Me" by Celine Dion.

I like that version too. "What a Wonderful World" is the one Dad and I danced to. My husband and his mom danced to "I've Got You Under My Skin" by Frank Sinatra. Good luck figuring it out!

The mother/son dance at the wedding I went to last night was to this song. maybe ots cause I love Louis so much, but hearing that just made it so sweet and nice.

"Let Them Be Little" by Billy Dean. It's a really cute song. I think I'll probably use it for the exact combined dnace. Good luck!

my dad and i are dancing to "because you loved me"! i've had my heart set on it for years! also, i'm presenting my bouquet to my mom (as opposed to throwing it) and playing the isreal kamakawiwo'ole (i think!) song during it!

"I Hope You Dance" is a song that I just love. And is appropriate for Parents and Children.
